Switching to track

Thanks to all the hardy cyclists who braved the cold to take part in Team Welwyn's road bikes on the track sessions throughout some bitterly cold Tuesday evenings.

From Tuesday 13 April we move to track bikes, so of course we expect warm sunny weather and mild evenings - the track season is always like that - but should it happen to rain hard enough to make the track slippery we may not be able to go ahead! Sessions run every week from 8.00 to 9.30pm and the track is floodlit when required. There is a fee for training - pay the coach on the day.

These sessions are fixed wheel only but are suitable for riders of all abilities and experience. Sessions are coached, if you have specific goals please talk with the coach about how the sessions can help you to achieve your aims.

Sessions are fully open, all welcome. If you'd like any more details please contact Sophie or Simon.
